SHIPPING FAQ's
What shipping carriers and services do you offer?

We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) and offer their faster international service, UPS Worldwide Express. UPS Worldwide Express guarantes delivery to all around the world with a minimum of 1 day to 7 days delivery depending on the final destination. For more information from UPS: UPS Worldwide Express. The shipment will be done within the next 48 hours once your payment is cleared.
We offer Free Shipping to USA, Canada and European Union.
How long does it take via UPS Worldwide Express?
The time of the shipment varies from one country to another.
Delivery Commitment:
- Next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most business addresses in European Union.
- Second business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most business addresses in the United States and major business areas in Canada
- Second day delivery by end of day to all other addresses in the United States and Canada
- Day-definite delivery in 2 to 3 business days as early as 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to select areas in Asia
*ATTENTION: This is a UPS transit estimate and does not include the day it's shipped, Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays (OR OUR PROCESSING TIME!). We will ship the item/s within 48 hours business days of payment clearing. Business Days are considered to be Monday through Friday.
Do I have to pay Custom Duties or taxes when the item arrives to my country?
Be-Dupont.com shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes or duties associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the UPS at the time of delivery. However, we always do our best to make easier the process and help the customers with the extra paperwork.

Is there a extra packaging & handling fee?
All our items, despite its size, have their handling and packaging fees included in the Shipping costs, so no extra/hidden charges will be asked to pay after the purchase.
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, your tracking number will automatically be emailed to you after we print the shipping label through UPS / PayPal Shipping. If you don't receive it for some reason, please email us and we will resend it. Sometimes your email may block it. It is from QuantumView and the company name is RE-PC.
Once you receive the tracking #, you may track it at the UPS website (UPS Tracking) or get the contact information in this website (UPS Corporate).
Please Note: A signature is required for delivery for your protection against theft. If no one will be there to sign for it, please contact us prior to shipment and we will make arrangements.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
We ship within 48 hours after the payment clearing. Please Note thay the different methods of sending money via PayPal take different amounts of time for payment to be processed. For example, PayPal "Bank transfer" payments are NOT instant and usually take 5 business days, rather than instant payment with a credit or debit card. PayPal will tell you the estimated clearing time during the payment process. Business days are Monday through Friday and do NOT include the weekend or holidays.
How many times will UPS attempt delivery?
UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times. They will leave a note on your door if they attempted delivery and you were not there. For more info, please see UPS Delivery Attempts FAQ.
Can I ship to a PO Box via UPS?
No, you cannot. UPS must have a street address to deliver (They do not have access to the U.S. Postal Service boxes or any other boxes). If for some reason you only provide a PO Box shipping address to us, we will email you requesting your street address for UPS delivery or your permission to ship it via USPS. This will slow down the shipment due to the email and a special trip to the post office or scheduling and waiting a day for free pickup.
I'm local to the Madrid area - Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, you may pick it up (and not pay any shipping and handling fees!) Just email us and let us know that you'd like to pick it up and we will make arrangements for you to do so. Please do not pay until we send the adjusted invoice. Or you may pay at the retail store. Please bring a copy of your eBay Invoice that we sent to you. Items are located at our Iguana Sell store (in Calle Ponzano 50, in Madrid), Our hours are 10AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday.
